Maina devi 62 yrs female resident of Chailly Summer hill Shimla.. Referred case from DDU shimla on 17.6.21 k/c/o Bronchial asthma ( on formetrol rotacaps), DM type 2 with hypokalemia with severe covid pneumonia. Covid positive on 31.5.21 Collapsed at 12.20 am on 28.6.2021
