GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY TO OWN HOME IN HIMACHAL PRADESH

Shimla:  Himachal Pradesh Housing & Urban Development Authority has newly constructed houses/flats & plots of different categories at various places in Himachal Pradesh namely at Jarja (Nahan), Hamirpur, Nalagarh, Parwanoo, Dehra (near Jawalamukhi), Chamba, Basal(Solan), Bajaura(Kullu), Una and at Rampur and for the sale of these newly constructed houses/plots and flats, HP Housing & Urban Development Authority(HIMUDA) has invited the applications from general public who intend to purchase property and last date for receipt of applications along with earnest money has been fixed for 31^st March,2021. Draw of lots shall be held in Head Office of HIMUDA at Nigam Vihar, Shimla-171002 on 08.04.2021.

            In a Press Release, Shri Akshay Sood, Chief Executive Officer-Cum-Secretary of HIMUDA told that HIMUDA has recently constructed new flats/houses and plots at various places of Himachal Pradesh, which will be fully facilitated with basic amenities like road, street light, sewerage system, water supply etc. and anyone can apply for the purchase of these plots/houses and flats.

            Shri Akshay Sood told that HIMUDA has uploaded the advertisement for the sale of these houses/flats and plots which is available on HIMUDA website www.himuda.hp.gov.in wherein full detail with all terms and conditions has been given. He further told that the applicants who have already registered with HIMUDA in Demand Survey shall be given 25% preference in allotment. He further told that Brochure containing form, procedure, terms and conditions shall be available at our website and also at HIMUDA Head-Office Shimla and Divisional offices at Shimla(Kasumpti), Parwanoo, Nahan, Mandi and at Dharamshala on payment of Rs.500/- and by post on payment of Rs.600/-(non-refundable).
