Information in respect of deaths of COVID cases at IGMC
Savita18 yr, female, R/O Vill Andreta PO Maramsit Teh Bal, Distt Mandi, was admitted on 14/06/21 as refered case of subacute intestinal obstruction with shock. Tested RAT positive and expired at 1 : 35 am on 14/6/21 Not vaccinated
Prem nath 77 yr male admitted on 6th May 2021 with SOB, cough for 1 week, k/c/o HTN , CAD, COPD reported COVID positive on 7th May R/o Vill Kulehra, PO Badsar, District Hamirpur, shifted to ventilator floor from makeshift at 4:00 pm on 13/6/21 , BP not recordable
started on nor-adrenaline and vasopressin. Declared dead at 3:51 am
Vaccination status – received first dose in April
